About the Authors

Steve Borthwick is Principal at St Mel’s Campsie. Chad Ferris was the Assistant Principal and now works as an independent consultant. Together they created a school-wide approach to learning, which they called Organic Learning.

The team at St Mel’s Campsie consists of inspired learners who enthusiastically walk the balance between ‘best’ and ‘next’ practice.
